 I was certified to teach Piloxing in August and now teach every Sunday from 2-3PM in Atwater Village ~ go to www.HeartbeatHouse.com for directions and info!

 What's Piloxing you ask?  You're not the only one with that question… it's a combination of Pilates and Boxing with some dance breaks thrown in to catch our breath :)  It all adds up to a fast-paced, energetic, calorie torching interval workout  that leaves you feeling empowered.

I have danced all my life, and I love that the standing pilates in Piloxing feels like ballet, only it's more fun!  Also, all the boxing makes me feel like a bad ass.  :)

Sleek.  Sexy.  Powerful.  That's the Piloxing motto…

Parks and Recreation ~ Season 6 Episode 14 ~ my first NBC credit!!

So, I was chosen from my photo to be a masuesse in a scene on Parks and Recreation ~ we shot in November.  The director was producer Morgan Sackett, who kept asking the camera men to widen the frame to include me in the shot.  Had a blast and can't wait to see the episode… It will air in 2014… stay posted!

Vintage V!

On March 2, 2013, I had the pleasure of modeling for the Annual Pin Up Party at Playclothes, a vintage boutique in Burbank.  I got all dolled up in dresses from the 20's and 60's.

A Valentine short

Shot this film last month with the lovely Alex Cain and Colin Miller of High Cotton Films... I got to wear a super fun wig and I was sent home with chocolates.  Not a bad day of work :)
